Is the restaurant even open? On a weekday, no one picks up any of the phone numbers that are listed in the contacts on the site. The menu on the website is useless and not informative.

This is the worst place with drunk staff!!! On November 11, 2023, I checked into the Belarus hotel, where the partner in the restaurant with room service is the Panorama restaurant. There was a late check-in, which I warned about in advance. When booking, it was stated that the available services included a restaurant and room service. At the front desk I asked a number of questions regarding ordering room service and breakfast. I received a positive response without any time restrictions, they were not mentioned. I went up to the room, read the information booklet and called the restaurant at 22:50, the information booklet stated that orders were accepted until 23:00, and the restaurant itself was open that day until 02:00. I asked the question: “Where can I look at the restaurant menu to place an order?” I did not specify what I wanted to eat or drink. The young man was also not interested in this moment, he simply immediately said: “The kitchen is not working, anywhere.” I clarified about the time because nowhere is it written that the order must be made before a certain time, there is information that this can be done before 23:00 and therefore the refusal of the order is unfounded. After which I asked why they didn’t even offer me drinks, because I didn’t say that I was hungry, I just wanted to know where I could get acquainted with the menu (make an order to the room or maybe I would like to eat after 12:00), but Apparently the employees don’t think it’s important for them to simply refuse and provide the restaurant with lost profits. The young man decided to retreat and pretend that he was going to ask about drinks, but at first he decided to refuse my order according to the kitchen, although again, my question was not related to the kitchen, it was related to familiarizing myself with the restaurant menu. After a series of arrogant phrases from him, I asked who else I could talk to in order to leave a complaint about him and the false information in the booklet. At this moment, the restaurant employee decided that it was appropriate to argue and prove that he was right, and as a result, he simply hung up. I called the hotel administrator about this incident, where I received an explanation that the restaurant is a third-party organization and if I want to leave a complaint, I should contact the restaurant I went up to the restaurant, where I was met by a fairly drunk, short man with an alcoholic scent, who introduced himself as just an employee and that this issue could be resolved with him. I asked for a book of complaints, but they decided not to give it to me upon request. A fairly drunk employee decided to explain to me that it was not right to ruin an employee’s life with complaints and that I, as a person working in the restaurant business for more than 13 years, should understand this, and he also began to find out where I had been working for 13 years, that I did not understand the situation and was not included in position. When it was not possible to press for pity and professional solidarity, an attempt was made to pay off with water and fruit. After another refusal on my part and a reminder that the book of complaints and suggestions is provided upon request, the tone of the conversation changed and an order was given to the waiter to provide me with the book. Is this your service and attitude? Is this attitude and behavior of restaurant employees service? When you wrote the slogan for the restaurant “Always on top,” did you mean the level of rudeness, alcoholism of the restaurant employees and refusal to accept orders, lack of sales? I feel sorry for a business that hires employees who don’t care about the company’s income or reputation. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The hotel also has questions: why take as a partner a company that cannot adequately fulfill its obligations to guests in accordance with the prescribed conditions, where conflicts are resolved by a drunk employee who, for the same reason, hides his name? This is just a nightmare and poor service!!! I will definitely write to the regulatory authorities about this incident. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
