So much money for disappointing quality of meat is exaggerated, appetizer and dessert follow. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't save the entire disappointing evening. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On April 11th, around 10:30 PM, I attempted to make a reservation but encountered a significant language barrier with the receptionist. Despite informing them of my limited English and explaining I was calling from Dubai, the communication resulted in being blocked. This left me feeling shocked and frankly, disrespected. Hopefully, Restaurant Pantanal Rodizio Köln will take this feedback to heart and work towards creating a more welcoming environment for all guests.
