The reason I put 5 stars is so my comment would show but I do not recommend this place the food was disgusting they gave us “buffalo chicken” it was all just fat on the bone those were some box wings my insides were burning the pizza was stiff as heck and the cheese is old it was was lettuce on our tray with our pizza like that just put our pizza on a dirty tray so not come to that trifling restaurant Parking: It was enough spots Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cinnamon Sticks Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

This week we traveled to Edwardsville, Illinois for Pantera's Pizza Buffet. I grew up eating Pantera's in the 80's and it was "Thee" place to eat and hang out in the Metro East. There were over 100 locations in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area at one time. My favorite pizza was "The Hunk". You can still order it at the Edwardsville location (one of maybe three locations left). We enjoyed the salad bar, the different pizzas, garlic bread, and dessert pizza they had on the buffet. Customer Service was great! They kept up with the demand and the pizza kept coming out hot, tasty, and fresh. They were constantly cleaning tables and picking up dirty plates. If you are Generation Z and from the St. Louis area, stop by Pantera's and take a walk down memory lane. #thursdaypizzaseries #stlmetrofoodie
