We had a reservation set for 4 people on a Friday at 6:30pm. By 7:15pm we had left because we didn’t really get any updates on timing. We checked in and it just seemed like the staff was overworked and overbooked. I wish someone had at least apologized for the wait, but I almost felt like the waitress looked annoyed when we told her we had reserved a table. Wouldn’t bother again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience. We had a 6:30 PM reservation, yet from the moment we walked in, it felt like the staff was trying to avoid acknowledging us. We were left standing there while employees walked away instead of greeting us. If you are accepting reservations through OpenTable until 10 PM, you should be prepared to accommodate the customers who book them. A confirmed reservation should not feel like an inconvenience to the restaurant. The way we were treated was extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don’t walk by this hidden gem! My husband Dominic and I have been “regulars” since 2019. The food is incredible! We always have the best service every time we visit. For both my pregnancies, Panza was my “last supper”. Recently we traveled from Worcester with our children for a morning at the Aquarium and decided to walk to the NE for lunch. To our surprise our favorite spot is open for lunch. I knew it was a little nervous, bringing my children, two and six because normally this is an adult outing for us. However, we had a wonderful waiter who served the children right away, and they ate every bite of their homemade meatballs! Lunch was such a treat. Can’t wait to go back in a few months when we celebrate our wedding anniversary thank you Panza! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
