I'm pretty sure that Heaven is a giant tub of Papa Chulo's fries with cilantro lime dressing. Vegetarian options: Meat is an add-on, so you don't pay for it if you don't want it Parking: There are two parking lots that you can use on Cougar Blvd, one on either side Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Traditional, Simple, Doble, Fries with Carne Asada and Cilantro Lime Sauce Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

This is one of our favorite spots to hit in Provo. The owner is so nice and friendly and the food is amazing! Our kids even ask for “the fry place” whenever we’re in town. So delicious and they don’t skimp on the meat! They deserve all the stars!!
