Clients don't highly appreciate Pepperoni at this pizzeria. Food delivery is a big plus of Papa John's Pizza. Friendly employees work hard, stay positive and make this place great. The pretty atmosphere will be really just what you need after a hard working day. But people rate this place below average on Google.

I placed an order for the wrong location through the app - I'd recently ordered from the Pearland location - maybe a couple weeks back because I was in the area. I typically order from the Rosharon location (through the app) at least once every two weeks. I've never had an issue. Sometimes the pizza is not 100% fresh, but I've never complained. Let's say that again - in almost 10 years, I've never had an issue with my account ordering online from Papa Johns. I arrived at the Rosharon location 15 minutes after placing my order and realized when I went in to pick up that I'd placed the order for the wrong store. It was 4:44 pm on a weekday. No way would I travel into Pearland in 5 o'clock traffic (288 is ridiculous at that time) when I had to then drive back south to pick up my littles from daycare and then head into work (at the Medical Center) that night. Rosharon Papa Johns folks told me to just call the Pearland store and cancel...to let them know I'd inadvertently picked the wrong location. I placed an order inside the Rosharon store and received my order there. Before receiving my order in Rosharon, I called the Pearland location at least 8 times picking option 5 to speak to a manager/change my order. Because the Pearland manager hung up on me EACH TIME I called, I had the Rosharon store call the Pearland store at least 4x. Pearland Papa Johns answered the Rosharon store's calls initially, but once the Rosharon store told them I'd picked the wrong store and wanted a refund, they hung up on them and then stopped answering their calls. I later called the Pearland location and chose option 2 (which takes orders) - I was able to speak to someone then but the person answering was only someone taking orders outside of the Pearland location. They tried calling the store on my behalf, but the store hung up as soon as the call connected to Pearland. When I called and chose option 2 again, the store then refused to take their calls - the Papa Johns employee apologized - "oh they must be really busy now". No, just horrible customer service. I'd been trying to call for 35 minutes by this time. Now when I call - a day later, I can't even get anywhere choosing option 2 to speak to someone outside of the Pearland location. Calls are just dropped once answered. I noticed this morning (the next morning) the Pearland store said I picked up the pizza and charged my card - which is a lie/fraud. They are well aware that I tried several times to call and cancel. I never picked up pizza. I was actually at work when they said I picked up. I would like a full refund and the employees at the Pearland location working on 4/29/2024 counseled and/or fired. The manager there needs to lose his job. Service: 1

Since when do people use bare hands to add garnishments to pizza in an establishment? Witnessing this with my own eyes made me cringe. By the time I brought my pizza home, I was no longer hungry. Appetite stayed at Papa Johns!!

So I was scared to go because of the ‘Deez Nutz’ review. I tried it and it’s solid good Papa Johns pizza. I did carry out, workers were friendly and pizza tasted good.
