Ordered on the way home from Charlotte just passing through. Went in to pick it up and there's 3 employees standing around, no customers. 2 didn't have a mask on, 1 had it below his chin. The lady who rang me up put hers on as she approached me but one employee standing back there with the food, I'm guessing the delivery driver never put it on or looked like he cared to. I think all employees, especially food handlers, should be wearing a mask anyway, especially during a pandemic when its ordered. After paying for the two pizzas and going back to our vehicle, it really bugged me that they didn't seem to care and made me wonder what else they didn't care about when nobody was around. So I opted to throw both pizzas in the trash at the GoMart right up the road and we moved on down the road. We lost the $27.00 and ended up getting something somewhere else instead. Didnt bother calling or complaining. Hopefully my bad review will encourage management to straighten things up there. We always liked Papa Johns pizza and a family friend actually knows the big guy personally. Definitely won't ever be back to this one again. Should of checked reviews first before ordering but was in kind of a rush.
