Last Friday , our office had a office lunch and we of course had pizza , we opted into getting about 7 (1-topping) pizzas delivered, However we placed the order that morning for the pizza to be delivered by 1:15pm to the office so the pizzas would still be fresh. The delivery driver brought the pizzas a whole hour and a half early. We indeed tipped the driver more than 25%. When the pizzas arrived the boxes were not tapped shut to keep them closed and we called the restaurant and asked if the order could be remade since the order was set to be delivered at 1:15pm. The manager (Steven) that day said that we could bring the pizzas back and then he would rewarm them , which did not make any sense being that the pizzas would then still be cold on the trip back to the office. He was kind and agreed to accommodate us by remaking our order and having it delivered. The second delivery was Door Dash and the order was sealed and hot just in time for our event. we appreciate the courtesy , We do suggest that the option to choose delivery time should be removed from online ordering if the establishment goes by time the order was received. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $70–80 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Place an order through the Papa John's website where you have to pay upfront. Waited over an hour before calling to check on my pizza order. The gentleman that answered the phone stated he canceled my order because he thought it was a prank. Stating that they did not have any drivers and no doordash delivery person came to pick up the order. Service: 1
