I wanted to place an order and waited around 10 minutes before anyone came to assist me. When an employee finally spoke to me, I was told, “I can’t take your order right now, I need about 10 more minutes because I’m here alone and doing everything myself.” It’s surprising that a shop in a busy mall, during weekend lunchtime, would have only one employee handling pizza preparation, serving food, and taking orders. This reflects very poor service and shows a lack of proper staffing during peak hours. It’s also clear from the many negative customer reviews that this is not an isolated issue, so it should be taken very seriously. Please don’t respond with a generic apology asking customers to email feedback. Instead, take people’s concerns seriously and focus on fixing the problem. Situations like this can damage the brand’s reputation

Overall i love Papa Johns but both Pizzas from this branch were extremely disappointing. Never had such worse Pizzas before. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
