I visited the branch of Nuzha Prince Muqrin Street in Riyadh at 2:50 AM on Friday 3 April 2026 and ordered two large pizzas thick dough. Later when I received the order and opened the box they were both THIN dough. I return to the supervisor who surprisingly claimed this is PAPA JOHNS style of thick dough. I wonder why he claims that expecting that I am is unable to differentiate between thick and thin dough? Other customers were served at the same time with thick pizza. I already sent complain to the company hoping they will react to their supervisor mistake and behaviour. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
