Would give no stars I wait over an hour did receive my food prepaid for call to let them know and was on hold over 30 Mins top it off it was prepaid once u give them your money they won't care DONT BUY FROM THEM they would not answer the phone worst place ever I reach out multiple times need up having to order from pizza hut and got it for less ill never use papa Johns ever again

A long-time favorite, but both the service and quality are dropping quickly. Recent pizzas have been overcooked. What used to be great service is now average or less. Today my pizza was (finally) ready before I walked in the door, but it took five full minutes for anyone to help me, even though nobody else was waiting. They then handed me my pizza which had been sitting there the whole time while they put stickers on empty boxes. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
