Most visitors suppose that you can have tasty chicken & chips, pizza and kebabs here. Food delivery is a big plus of this pizzeria. It's a pity, the staff is unpleasant as many guests note. In accordance with the guests' opinions, Papa Pizza is well known for its fast service. Facebook users' reviews don't give this place a high rating.

Ordered food waited over two hours called the shop and got nothing but excuses told us the delivery would be 5 mins waited another 40 mins. Food arrived and was cold called the shop back and they was the least bit interested advised us to put it in the microwave or we could bring it back. The women on the phone had very poor customer service skills and we will never order from this place again.

The food is great however the delivery is useless Twice in 2 weeks have orders and it’s took about 2 hours for delivery and I don’t even live far away The first was a Saturday so I forgave them The second time on a Sunday was so great, said 40 mins when I ordered I rang after an hour and was told 5 mins but it took another 40 mins later I wouldn’t mind but just be honest about it if your super busy, more annoying to be lied to Then I had items missing, paid extra to upgrade food to meal and that Includes drink which didn’t turn up Not a massive thing but I had paid for something I didn’t get Then the food wasn’t that warm and called them up to the them and the lady on the phone couldn’t be less interested if she tried Then when I told her the food was cold she said to put it in the microwave Not being funny but when I order food and it’s takes forever to come I at least want it hot She was evening having a conversation with someone else in the shop and telling them what I was saying and when I asked for her to put the other person on the phone since he was clearly controlling the conversation she lied and said she was alone, even tho I could hear her talking to someone else and he was replying Shocking service Don’t order from here The food ain’t worth it and clearly the shop doesn’t care
