The wonderful flavours of the Italian cuisine attract numerous guests. Clients don't like Pepperoni at this pizzeria. Papa Romano's offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. Most visitors note that the staff is competent here. Many reviewers mention that the service is spectacular. The quiet atmosphere makes a good impression on people. Google users awarded this place 4.1.

My husband and I waited patiently for our order. We were kind to the two young gals operating the location at the time. The owner, who I've previously interacted with was not onsite. The business was not busy and the two gals spent most of their time while we sat in the lobby, in the back and not at the counter or oven area. My suspicion is that they were preoccupied with personal interests in the back.
When our order was ready (a Deluxe Square Deep Dish 10 piece), the one gal presented us with our box and we took it home. At home, less than 5 minutes away, we opened the box to find we DID NOT receive the pizza we ordered (pepperoni and cheese). I immediately contacted SLICE to request an adjustment to the price I paid for my order. I did not request a full refund, only the cost difference. SLICE was subsequently in communication with the business. I also shared a picture to verify the order I received.
SLICE was informed by the business (two gals working at the time) that I was lying! They went as far as to accuse us of picking the toppings off the pizza before taking our picture. I am a 58-year-old professional woman with a high level of integrity. I treat individuals with kindness and expect integrity and kindness in return. I am highly insulted with their accusation. Why would I pick all but the pepperoni off a pizza within the five minutes of picking it up to make a report that I did not receive an accurate order?? Who has that kind of time?? Who would bother??
SLICE informed me that the manager of the app at the business location would be in communication with me. This incident occurred on Saturday, July 8, 2023 and today is July 10, 2023. I WILL NOT patronize this business again. I only hope that those that do, do not allow themselves to be insulted in the manner that I have been insulted. I am posting pictures of the pizza I ordered and thought I would receive along with the pizza I did receive.
