Came for the Malfaldine as not many pasta place serve this in Hong Kong. Tried their Bolognese Malfaldine this time, really liked the texture of the pasta and how cheesy it was. Personally would like it bit more sour with more cherry tomatoes to balance out the meaty cheesy sauce. But overall still delicious. Beef tartare is good in average with balanced amount of shallots and capers. And I only found out the Chef here is coupled with the Chef at Fable after visiting! My favorite place for Lobster Bisque Malfaldine, so, no wonder!! Hope they keep the quality and I have to say the portion here is quite big, very sharing friendly! I went to Papamia for a private birthday celebration, and it was absolutely excellent. The food was served as a buffet with a wide selection of dishes, offering something for everyone, and everything was beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help or replenish the buffet. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the menu, as the overall experience was so positive.
