VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I ordered a fresh pineapple water and they charged me for it as a “pina colada.” I asked for a guacamole, the waiter brought me a small container (the size of the ones they give you with beans at the beginning) and he charged us for it as “homemade guacamole.” big ones that come in the molcajete My partner and I went to eat on Sunday, this restaurant has always been one of our favorites when we go to Greenville, we were served by a man between 35-40 years old, white complexion, round face, a little bald, he didn't even greet us in a good way. and after he took our order he never stopped at our table again to ask if everything was ok or if we were busy with something, we waited a long time and he just walked by and turned to see us and kept passing until we had to ask another waitress a box to go and the bill after waiting so long because he never showed up. The waitress printed the bill for us, gave us the cash register and we went to pay in front when we were walking, then the waiter ran to charge us at the cash register to make sure we left a tip. I have worked in customer service and therefore I always try to be friendly. My partner is always very conscious when it comes to leaving a tip, he always leaves above 20% but the truth is this is one of the few times I asked him not to leave too much, he didn't even want to argue with the waiter about why he was charging us for a water of pineapple as a piña colada nor the small guacamole as a large one, literally it was like 3 tablespoons of guacamole for the price of a large one But he said he wasn't going to fight over a few dollars, so be careful when that waiter touches you. He didn't thank us or say a single word to us when charging us. The manager or owner should be aware of what is happening because they can lose many customers, which is why THE WAITERS ARE THE PRESENTATION OF THE RESTAURANT. I imagine that the waiter just wanted to raise the bill so that he would get more tip because otherwise there was no point in overcharging us. Food: 5 Service: 1

Very disheartening. I liked this particular restaurant....but not anymore. We had 2 different servers take our drink order. Meal comes before the drinks . Tortillas and a second empty plate were missing. The carnitas I ordered was very bland and a small portion, not like usual. I have to find another Papas and Beer or maybe somewhere else?
