I'd been a regular at this place as I quite enjoy their tofu options. I came in recently and ordered tofu with white rice, but was told there's no white rice and is brown rice okay. I agreed, but then was told to pay 30p extra for the brown rice. I pointed out that I only agreed to it because they didn't have white rice, to which the man rudely told me, "fine, if it makes you happy". Actually, what will make me happy is not coming back to a place that treats customers like this, so I hope it makes you happy to lose a regular customer over 30p. ♀️
