Ordered via DoorDash first then came in to order the second time. Had good reviews and I never seen this place so had to try. I like Venezuelan food. This is more Americanized. Fair price and quantity. A lot of burger options- they add many toppings like ham, pork, pineapple, potato sticks, cheese, heavy sauce, chicken sandwiches. It was easy for my burger to get sloppy both times. It tasted great, nice grilled flavor. My second burger was a bit undercooked which made me over examine the meat. I wonder where they get their meat from. You can take off anything you don’t want on the burger-I always remove cheese. Didn’t like the cheese sticks. Sugar cane drink is tasty but sweeeet, had to dilute and it was great. I like how they switch buns out for the Arepa bread or plantains. Fun menu. Inside restaurant, restrooms and service all really good. I think I was looking for more of a plated situation with fresh vegetables and more authentic feel. I heard they had a soup-I’ll try it next. Today I bought churros at Papelon and it was a very disappointing experience. The churros we received were burnt and had very little dulce de leche and chocolate on top. We had ordered Nutella and dulce de leche, but instead they used regular chocolate. When we went back to explain the situation, they told us that adding Nutella would be an extra charge, even though that is exactly what we had ordered and paid for. The food quality and customer service were very poor, and overall it was a very frustrating experience. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
