quite expensive drinks! Some were nice, many were just okay. The vibe is very unique, a Chinese speakeasy and I really enjoyed that, but I felt that the quality of the experience didn't really justify the pricepoints. The $15 fee per person to book a table is annoying but honestly probably justified since the restaurant downstairs got PACKED on a WEEKDAY, and it gets applied to the bill, so can't complain about that really. Overall, if you want to check it out, you'll probably have a good time if you plan ahead, but going once was enough for us. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

A super cute spot to get drinks for a special occasion. Recommend setting up a reservation as the bar only fits about 20 people. The drinks are gorgeous and the spot is super intimate. The bar food is a great way to start and would absolutely recommend finishing up downstairs for dinner for the hand pulled noodles. Service is fast and attentive. Thanks for a wonderful way to end the birthday night! Price per person: $20–30

We went to Paper Fan Cocktail Bar for NYE, arriving on-time at 5:30 for our reservation and were seated promptly. The drink menu is inventive, drinks and food quality was great, but our overall experience was poor. After an hour (6:30) we were asked to pay and leave as the next reservation had arrived which left a poor taste in our mouths as we had to quickly finish our drinks. The reservation system ($30 deposit), host when seating us, or server made no mention to an hour limit on how long we could have stayed at Paper Fan. I understand the limitations of a small space, but if there is a time limit on how long you can remain it should be mentioned so that we didn't have to be rushed out. We ordered 2 drinks each (4 total) and 2 plates of food, for a total of $116, during our allotted hour at Paper Fan. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
