I visited the Santa Rosa branch for the first time, and I was surprised to find it so close to me, so I went back right away. The roast beef is better than most steakhouse in the PH, so this time, I ordered two servings from the start. The sushi bake reminded me of the lunchboxes my mom used to make in Korea, with flying fish roe, mayonnaise, and rice wrapped in seaweed(they served a Korean product!), but it was even tastier. For dessert, the original crepe was not too sweet and melted in my mouth. The service provided by the staff who could speak Korean was one of the best experiences I've had in the Philippines. It's a pity that not many people seem to visit this place as a restaurant, possibly because it has "café" in its name. Nice and cozy shop with high ceiling and bright interiors. The place is advertised as a crepe/yogurt/cafe shop.The location of Paper Moon Cafe is closer to Commerce Avenue vehicle access than the Alabang-Zapote side. It's on the Molito Complex wing near the salons and art galleries area so the there are lovely lounges nearby and close to the nicest restroom area in Molito.They serve delectable crepes that our lightly sweet and airy. Delicious! We tried the plain, blueberry, and tiramisu crepe and they are all was worth reordering. Price per slice starts at P250. The yogurt were a nice balance of sweet and slightly sour, with a small cup satisfying a craving. We tried ordering hot meals from their savory menu but all 5 of what we wanted to order was not available, even those which the food service initially mentioned was available so we didn't bother ordering what's left.I'd definitely go back to this place for crepes and yogurt, not when I'm really hungry for a meal.
