The chef at Paperboy Denver cooks good fried chicken, steaks and pies. Many guests come here to enjoy nicely cooked biscuits, blueberry pancakes and fruitcake. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, cortado is great at this place.
The cosy atmosphere of this spot makes visitors feel relaxed and have a nice time. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Incredibly cute and absolutely delicious breakfast spot! Modern and minimalistic interior with great shareables and perfectly portioned mains. Kelsey took incredible care of us and the manager Gen even stopped by and had us absolutely cracking up! Amazing place, amazing people, will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went here for lunch with a friend for the first time today and was very impressed. The vibe is super cute especially on the patio, and the service was impeccable. Our server John was on point with recommendations, refills, and friendly conversation. We had the ricotta toast (best I’ve ever had, was not expecting that) to start off and a delicious cheeseburger (what even is that secret sauce bc I’m literally gonna dream about it) for me, while my friend got the steak and eggs. Wow! I've been looking forward to writing this review because the experience we had at Paperboy Denver was a standout. We walked into Paperboy on a Thursday, sat at the bar, expecting to have a nice coffee and a straightforward breakfast and continue on with our long weekend. Instead we had Jen brighten up our day, a yummy latte (with latte art), an impeccably plated and tasting breakfast and a surprise treat when Jen learned we were celebrating. This review is going to air more on the service and atmosphere, but that does not mean the food was anything but fabulous. The chef even stepped out from the kitchen to say 'hi' and welcome us. It's rare to have a service experience be this engaging and hospitable, let alone exceed the food. Jen did just that! Jen went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time, tried the best menu items, felt taken care of, and wanted to come back.
