These are THE BEST tacos in town! The Quesabirria, with that dipping sauce. Simply amazing! Service was excellent I can't wait to go back. We recently visited Papi Loco Taco Shop, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. I ordered the King Quesa Birria and an al pastor taco, and had both made "Go Loco," which was supposed to include grilled jalapeños. Unfortunately, neither item came with the jalapeños. I also paid for a 4-ounce side of queso, but that was missing from the order as well. The food itself tasted okay, but it was extremely greasy. It was so oily that I couldn't finish my meal because I was concerned about how it would sit afterward. Missing paid items and incorrect toppings are frustrating, and while the flavor was decent, the excessive grease really took away from the experience. I'm hoping this was just an off day, but based on this visit, I left disappointed. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
