Today, with a friend, I had lunch at Papillon, a restaurant I already knew for its good pizza. This time, for a change, we both ordered the seafood risotto. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing: the seafood was of good quality, but the risotto was overcooked and looked like a shapeless mass, a real "mappazzone" as Bruno Barbieri would say. When the waiter asked us if everything was okay, we reported the problem. He said he would inform the kitchen, but we received no further explanation. After getting the coffee and paying the bill, no one gave us any feedback.
