I ordered a vegetarian dish and clearly mentioned multiple times that it needed to be vegetarian. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, they made a chicken dish instead. When I pointed out the mistake, I had to wait again before they finally made the vegetarian one. Unfortunately, the food itself was not good. The flavor was terrible, especially for the price, and it did not feel worth it at all. I also felt a bit uncomfortable after eating it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Just for 1275 LKR, Papparich offers one of the best dish combos! They serve fried rice with 4 different flavors, and the staff explained the entire combo really well. The explanation and service made the experience even better. Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service at their CCC branch, on Sun 26 April, around lunchtime. They were very slow, many of their food buzzers were not working, so customers were kept waiting, until they got tired and went to inquire about their order. To see, it was ready and just sitting on the counter. When we ordered some drinks, supposedly 'iced' and 'chill', we got drinks that were warm. When we asked for extra ice, they had to get ice from another counter. When we tried to pay cash, they didn't have change. How can a business function like this? Food: 1 Service: 1
