Once the promenade around the Myatt's Fields Park is over, visit Pappadom. If you have never tried Indian cuisine, you should reserve a table and try the menu at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Pappadom. As most guests say, the service is fine. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are moderate. A number of people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Scam! - This is really 'New Dewaniam' of Camberwell New Road who have lots of bad reviews. I saw a new Indian restaurant on Googlemaps and thought I'd try it. Went to collect my meal but the restaurant wasn't there. I called and he told me I had to walk to the other end of Wyndham Road to New Dewaniam. I'd ordered from New Dewaniam in the past and I wasn't impressed. Their dishes are for the Western palate. Portions are small for an Indian restaurant. Nothing has changed. I would have ordered from Gandhi's on Kennington Road or Kebab Hut on East Street or Chatkhara on Walworth Road if I'd known the food was coming from New Dewaniam. They have a load of other fake restaurants on Googlemaps including 'Camberwell Tandoori', 'Chukanda', 'Pappadom' and 'Indian Dining'. People who like authentic Indian food are going to go elsewhere. There were only 2 people in the restaurant. A couple, both unhealthily large white people eating in silence. Makes sense. Very disappointing that they choose to be so dishonest. Great takeaway lovely food, reasonably priced and prompt delivery only criticism is always have to reheat the food but that's not the restaurants fault to be fair. Would highly recommend Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5
