I’ve dined at some of the finest restaurants around the world—tremendous places, very exclusive—but rarely have I received service at the level Sebastián delivered at Pappagallo last Friday. What a guy! Charismatic, attentive, professional, and genuinely outstanding. Sebastián didn’t just look after our table—he made us feel like the most important guests in the entire restaurant.
