TR. Normalde kaç yıldır geldiğimiz yer. Garsonları çok huysuz ve uygunsuz davranışlarda bulunuyor. Irkçılık hissettik ve siparişleri gereken sıraya göre almıyorlar. Defalarca çağırmamıza rağmen garsonlar bakmıyor. Turist iseniz uzak durmanız gereken yerlerden birisi. Her 2 yılda bir geliriz Rimini’ye artık asla adım atmayacağımız bir yer ve listeden çıkarıldı. Ekleme / cevabınıza yanıt: İnsanları yanıltmaya gerek yok selam vermeden girmiş olsak nereden biliyorsunuz 10 kişi olduğumuzu.. 7 kişiysek bizi 7 kişilik masaya davet edebilirdiniz, surat asıp, masadan sinirle bardakları toplayıp bir kaç tanesinide kırmanıza gerek yoktu. Hem müşteriyi karşılamıyorsunuz, yönlendirmiyorsunuz, hemde aramızda geçmeyen konuşmaları konuşmuşuz gibi anlatıyorsunuz. Yüzümüze bakmadınız. Ayrıca bir kaç masa harici heryer boştu, ne bu kadar masa yada sandalye hesabı. Size göre müşteri köle gibi olmalı ve girişte hazır olda beklemeli, ve siz demeden hiç bir yere oturmamalı. Türkiye’ye gelin esnaflık nedir öğrenin. Her yoruma böyle ters cevap verdiğiniz sürece sevilmeyeceksiniz. Siz hep burdasınız biz geçiciyiz belki ama yorumumuz kalıcı olacak siz bilirsiniz. EN. This is a place we’ve been visiting for years. The waiters are very surly and behave inappropriately. We felt we were being treated with racism, and they don't take orders in the proper sequence. Even though we called out to them repeatedly, the waiters ignored us. If you are a tourist, this is a place to avoid. We come to Rimini every two years, but this is a spot we will never set foot in again; it has been crossed off our list. Addendum / Response to your reply: There’s no need to mislead people—even if we’d walked in without saying hello, how would you know there were 10 of us? If there were 7 of us, you could have invited us to a table for 7; there was no need to scowl, angrily clear the glasses from the table, and break a few of them. Not only did you fail to greet or direct us, but you’re also making it sound like we had conversations that never even took place. You didn’t even look us in the face. Besides, aside from a few tables, the whole place was empty—so why all this fuss over tables and chairs? In your view, customers should be like slaves—standing at attention at the entrance, waiting for your command, and not sitting down anywhere without your permission. Come to Turkey and learn what it means to be a business owner. As long as you respond to every review with such a hostile attitude, you won’t be liked. siete entrati senza salutare vi siete diretti a un tavolo da 11 , voi eravate seduti avete detto che eravate in 10 i camerieri asettavano l arrivo delle altre persone [dovevate dire siamo solo in 7 e davamo un tavolo da 7 e prendrvamo l'ordinazione
