Food is pretty good; however, the service, especially at breakfast, is very slow and inattentive. You basically have to chase someone down to place an order and get some coffee. The waiters seems to be very aloof. There is also an automatic 10% service charge added to the final bill that is not mentioned. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Don’t tip, they will add 10% service charge to everything, accommodation, food, etc. - they don’t tell you. Ceviche was good, grilled octopus was very average (chewy). Service was slow and they were not super busy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: PEN 160–180 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Paprika in Lima has a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately our dining experience was disappointing. Service was very slow from the start. It took a long time for someone to take our order, and after we ordered, our server never came back to check on us. We had to ask another server for the side salad that was supposed to come with the meal but was never brought out. We also had to ask a different server again just to get the check. As for the food, it was average at best. I ordered the rice with duck, which was okay, nothing special. My husband ordered the chicken breast, which was extremely dry, and the potatoes were bland with very little flavor. Overall, the service and food quality did not meet expectations. There is definitely room for improvement. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
