It is practically canteen food, I mean Hungarian canteen food, lots of stews, cabbage, egg noodles & watery soups. Would've given a better review had it been cheaper. But the price was 25 eur per person for the buffet dinner with the wine brought by us, as they don't serve alcohol (we had some bottled water, that's true). The area is prime though, worth a walk. :)

Interesting place. It's a small, 12 seat restaurant tucked in next to the lobby of a budget friendly hotel that serves Hungarian classics. Small, curated menu, with a few soups and a few entrees. I had a bowl of the goulash soup -- I thought this was terrific, except for those little bones that signify cheap cuts of meat. After that, I had the stuffed cabbage, which was totally different from what I was expecting -- instead of stuffed cabbage, it was a concoction of small chunks of meat with sauerkraut. Interesting, and plagued with the same small bone problem as the goulash before. Service was awesome and prices were reasonable.
