Manti wird traditionell heiß gekocht und mit kaltem Joghurt serviert. Der Joghurt wird natürlich nicht mitgekocht oder extra aufgewärmt, sondern bleibt bewusst kühl, damit der typische Kontrast entsteht. Schade, dass Ihnen die traditionelle Zubereitung nicht geschmeckt hat.
