Wow! What a great restaurant! We’ve been living in Europe for over 6 years and while it’s a bit different than the Mexican we are used to, it’s the best we’ve had in Europe! And one of the best for flavor that I’ve ever had. We started with the tamal poblano and guacamole. Our meals were the fish with mole and the chicken/chorizo quesadilla. Everything was magnificent and the service was top notch! Would definitely come back if ever in the area. Nice looking, well tasting and authentic Mexican food. The pricing is reasonable. We sat outside, the view is not spectacular but the interior of Parada 30 looked cozy and nicely arranged. The waiter was very friendly even though he was very busy as he seemed to be alone to take care of all guests and all tables. We had the guacamole as starter and then for the main course the enchilada, once the not spicy version and once the spicy. They tasted very good, for me the chicken inside could have been a little more seasoned.
