Paradise Bay can be on your route by default, the clients' piece of advice is to visit this restaurant. The varied menu based on Mediterranean cuisine is what you are offered at Paradise Bay Lido. Being at this place, order perfectly cooked spaghetti vongole, pizza Margherita and swordfish. Come here for good che if you are hungry. Delicious wine, margaritas or Sangria are among the most often ordered drinks at this spot. You will hardly forget great coffee, milkshakes or smoothies that you can find.
The intimate atmosphere of this restaurant allows customers to relax after a hard working day. The competent staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. My experience at Paradise Bay Lido in Malta was ruined by the extremely rude and unprofessional staff. While the food was good and prices were reasonable, the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. One incident in particular stands out: a waiter opened our bag without permission and asked if our baby was inside, before proceeding to laugh and mock us with her colleagues. We were shocked and appalled at the lack of respect and basic decency. In addition to this appalling behavior, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. The waiters seemed to have no sense of urgency or customer service skills, and the atmosphere was unpleasant and unwelcoming. I strongly advise staying away from this establishment, especially the lady with black hair who displayed the worst behavior of them all. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in Europe and would never return to Paradise Bay Lido again. A positive note however has to be said about the area which is located in a picturesque cove on the northern tip of Malta, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. However, this did not make up for the terrible treatment we received. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25
