The place is completely magical and timeless. But : The 3 restaurants of the hotel are excessively overpriced!! (The tourist is taken for a money pump) The rooms are poorly soundproofed, the mosquito nets ineffective, the bedding average. We liked the nature, the small infinity 80cm deep pool, liked the room The direct transportation to the hotel’s beach (if you are coming from Phuket, plan the transportation from the marina pier (take a Bolt or grab to the pier) and you will be transported with a speedboat directly to the hotel’s beach) Food is a huge problem here, please don’t do our mistake and bring your own snacks, the island is isolated and if you want to go to a supermarket/mini market you will need to register at the activity center and they provide a chargeable transportation (09:30 and 13:30) to the middle of the island (10 people together and you will have to spend 4 hours to be able to get back!!!) Otherwise you need to ask for private transportation and that might cost you more than 2000 Baht The food at the restaurant wasn’t good too, everything tastes sweet even the simple tomato sauce pasta !
