Wow! Didn't expect much as we were just looking for a place to eat after our visit to the fortress. The karbonade was cooked perfectly. The pork was tender and paired it very well with the orange tomatoes and the cheese. The salad was tangy and refreshing. It tasted so good! Dish came out piping hot. This is one of the best pork chop I've ever eaten. We got the potatoes pancakes as well. Piping hot, freshly made. I'm going back again before leaving Riga.
