5 stars everything! The Parador Don Julio is more than a restaurant, it is an experience. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed to the Parador with a clean, cozy restaurant, full of beautiful murals that show the beauty of the Santa Rosana fauna and flora, and each table represents a different species of bird from the area. Walk towards the back and you will find a beautiful place among the guaduales where you can enjoy your food and company. The food is spectacular and they have a good variety of dishes. I ate an arepa with cheese, 2 chorizos and drank a hot chocolate. The service does not disappoint, everyone is friendly, helpful and fast! I really liked this place and I recommend it if you are in Santa Rosa!
