We had dinner at Paradox in December 2023. On the quality of the meal, nothing to say, it was very good. On the other hand, the service needs to be reviewed. We arrived at 8 p.m. sharp, the establishment opened at 8:10 p.m. (so 10 min wait in the cold), but above all, we waited until 9:30 p.m. to get even a bottle of water. Obviously, the staff waited for everyone to finish their aperitif (we didn't have any) to serve the starters. So waiting 1h30 to get a bottle of water, I find that unacceptable. We asked for cheese, there was none. For a gourmet restaurant, this is not serious! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
