Very much disappointed with their service and act of communication with the customer, being familiar and routine customer of paragon in India I assumed their service will be as good as their food. But being a resident of al hail , Oman.i was so eager to place an order. Many of the restaurants used to deliver here from mabella. I asked after so many confusion they agreed and delivered. Then from the next day onwards I did ask could I place the order to which they said yes. Then whenever I call they won’t pick up and when they picked they said their car is under maintenance and don’t reply to messages and so low value lies. Being a restaurant under a credible name show atleast some standards in treating and communicating with customers.if you can’t deliver you can just say that . Thts it end of a story! Service: 1
