Ordered chicken shawarma hummus. The plate was super greasy with big hummus and tahini portion that was bland. The chicken was tasteless, it's portion was small and it was cold by the time they brought it to the table. The plate wasn't authentic at all in the sense that Hummus and Tahini are dips and sauses not primary elements of middle-eastern dishes. Worth mentioning we went to the restaurant at 3:30pm. Were told they only serve from the brunch menu and lunch menu start from 4:00pm. Who eats brunch at 3:30pm and lunch after 4:00pm? Overall, it was not a good experience. My husband and I have been here twice now and both times were fantastic. The service is fast and friendly, always accommodating with high chairs too. The food is always great, good portion sizes and very delicious. They have a great selection of dips and apps to share too. Definitely recommend coming here for brunch with the family. I went here yesterday 10 minutes before 5pm. Saw what looked like 2 Uber drivers and a hostess on the phone talking. They looked like they were waiting for someone to acknowledge them as they were there to pick up food orders. After a few minutes it seemed nobody was paying them any attention. I then saw a customer walk in and the host ended her phone call and immediately went to serve her. It was clear as night and day. Uber workers are treated like 2nd rate citizens in their establishment. If they are willing to ignore them and treat them like they don't exist, just imagine how they would treat a paying client that didn't tip their server enough. This made me walk out, I never would treat any individual like the Parallel Brothers would in their establishment. The Uber drivers are representing the customer, money has already hit their chequing account. They should be served in a timely manner, not ignored. There is no justification for this type of treatment of ANYBODY. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
