Enjoyed the freshly made food and authentic spices/ sauces on the chicken shawarma wrap and falafel wrap today at lunch. Very clean and friendly

The restaurant has re-opened under the name Biblos, with new owners and a completely revamped menu featuring delicious homemade Lebanese food of the highest quality. I found this place quite by accident, and have been back twice in the last week. The owners are extremely friendly and engaging, and the service is excellent. Rebekka delights in telling you about the food, and is extremely helpful if you're unfamiliar with Mediterranean dishes. Highly recommended... You won't be disappointed!

LOVE PARAMOUNT LEBANESE KITCHEN!!!! and so happy that there is one in Lake Mary. I am addicted to the tabbouli with shish tawouk on top and a side of hummus. I am going at least once a week now and the staff is extremely friendly and great food. Love it and recommend it highly
