Highly recommend! £8 for two maritozzi and two cappuccino, some of the best coffee and pastry we’ve had. Had to go back in and get one more pastry to share - sfogliatelle napoletane was so crispy with great filling! Also only about 10 mins from St Peter’s Basilica so a great breakfast after walking up the dome.

I did not want to leave Rome without trying the manitozzo and I am so glad I chose Parenti! They had a mini version which is what I got and it was so much more delicious than I imagined. They are friendly to locals and tourists alike and offer super fast service as well as very reasonable prices. There are no chairs or tables inside so you stand at the counter and drink your cappucino like a local would. I highly recommend this place! Definitely not a tourist trap :)
