Visited here on Tesla Supercharging business. All went well. Restrooms were nice and clean. I do recommend that when you exit, you leave via the side exit. Main entrance into Mosaic town center has a lot of traffic, has a paved median so no left turn, and prohibits U-turns at the stop sign.

25 May ‘26 1:30ish. Stopped to get an unsweetened tea. Sticker on container was not past date or time to be replaced so I figured it would be good. Parker’s unsweet tea is my favorite. After I left the store I took a big gulp and for lack of a better word, IT WAS RANCID!!! Gross. I imagine when time came to change out the tea some lazy employee just put a new sticker on the container instead of pouring out the very old tea and making fresh. So I called and spoke to Alexa or Alexis (not sure of name) to let someone know that the tea was bad, she was very apologetic and offered for me to come get a new tea. She is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.

There's a reason almost every review comments about the staff. This Parker's Kitchen is the model of customer service and inviting welcomes. When I stopped in, manager B noticed me taking pictures for my road trip album (impressing me with how smart and attentive she was). After making sure I was on the level I had the nicest conversation with her and like half the staff that morning. We talked about breakfast and what I was going to do with the lottery winnings from the ticket I bought (share it with the staff, of course!). The whole staff was cheerful, motivated, and eager to make everyone feel welcome. Any one coming through that door got a friendly shout and a "how are you?". Let's add to that a large gas pump area, parking spots that are easy to maneuver into, and Tesla Superchargers if you driving the new American hotness. Of course you're going to get super clean bathrooms and a huge selection of drinks, snacks, and good hot food. I left so pleased I turned around and put in a good word with the District Manager that was also visiting, then when I got home I left a review on the corporate website. You know what? B called me the day after that to thank me for leaving a good word -- and that just brings us back to that fantastic customer service again.
