Lucy & Elliot have done a fantastic job since taking over the pub. Introducing great food, an outside area for children, a lovely and inviting place for the local community to enjoy, whether that’s propping up the bar on a Saturday night or somewhere for mums to go with the kids in the daytime. Best of luck to them as the new owners. So far they’re smashing it

To be honest the food wasn’t great the burgers were pink, the chips raw and the carrots hard. Service from the bar staff he was very polite and helpful. Atmosphere well I suppose this could mix with the staff. The owners drinking whilst on shift and having a pop at a child pretending to have a drink. The website is outdated due to the menus, and as regards to being slightly of the lunchtime menu you couldn’t provide toasties when the wrong menu was provided. Other than that the bar man was very polite and well mannered. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
