Tourist in Maceió AL, my wife and I, we went to the shopping park, and we decided to order the dish that in the photo was beautiful... what a disaster. We waited 27 minutes and when we were called to receive the dishes, people of God, what horrible food: the rice was cold and lumpy... the tropeiro beans (pardon the word, they were tropeo beans) the meat was black like coal, raw inside ...(they said it was imported fillet). French fries are a mess... and the vinaigrette, no comments... in short, you only order the citrus schweppes and Sprite... During so many years traveling through the northeast, I had never experienced a situation of this nature, all the items in the dish, they were inedible, I have a huge number of reviews and for the first time, I find myself NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PARMEGIANOS STORE IN PARQUE SHOPPING DE MACEIÓ AL. Out of respect for people who use Google maps to guide themselves about whether to go or not and decide after analyzing the reviews.. very disrespectful towards the consumer.. I could see that they prioritize service for delivery via motorcycle courier or pick-up at the counter., Perhaps this is the reason for the delay, which is far beyond normal, considering the movement we observed. Regrettable. I will not be returning, not just to that store, but to other stores in this chain. Forgive me. Thank you for your attention. Abss.
