Ordered food at 6.30. Told 45 minutes wait. before delivery. 7.30 they phoned me, said driver can't find address, gave indepth directions. They said 15 minutes. 8pm no food, phoned asked where was delivery. They put phone down. I phoned at 8.15 to be told they are very busy and waiting for driver to collect order! Thought he was out and couldn't find address!! Really. Cancelled order. 1st and last time I would use Pars. Normally order from Brettell Lane who are excellent. Pars Dreadful company.
