Stopped by Fernwood Coffee Company Friday evening after wandering around downtown Victoria all day and the place was exactly the reset I needed. The barista walked me through their single origin options without any attitude even though I clearly had no idea what I was talking about, and the oat milk cortado she recommended was perfect. I grabbed a window seat and just watched the evening crowd go by for almost an hour, which felt like a genuine treat after a long week. Already planning to swing back next weekend and try their lavender scone everyone around me seemed to be ordering.

Wow! Do I ever love the chia seed parfait! Absolutely decadent! Funny thing, was very hungry and saw the parfait$8okay I can splurge a bit on this healthy snack. Go up, pay, everyone was really kind and helpful. But I thought they would just take it out of the freezer and into my hand it goes! Nope! They put fresh strawberries on it and WOW did I ever love it. Thanks you guys! What a nice little treat.

Have gone here so many times over the years. Consistently really good and a relaxed clean friendly place to spend time. Favs are coffees, lemon bar, date orange muffin and of course the chocolate chip cookies!
