Crazy-amazing food in a real Vermont casual environment. Not cheap but worth it!!! Such good calamari, which I don’t even usually like. I wasn’t a fan on the house Malbec but other than that I was absolutely thrilled with this hidden gem. Went their for a bday dinner and stayed until close - we didn’t want to leave! Parsons Dinner House is by far the best place for a wonderful meal in the Northeast Kingdom. They recently experienced damage from the flooding in VT and there is a fundraiser to help them. gofund.me/9a05cc23

Our meal was delicious! Seasoned and prepared perfectly. Our daughter, who works for the James Beard Foundation, gave us a gift certificate, so we knew it was going to be good, but far exceeded our expectations! This being right in the heart of our beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Oh, and the service was top notch!
