Food is okay. Affordable. Relaxing view. Pero service is not impressive. Matagal ang serving time. Nung finally naserve na ang meals namin, wala man lang kasamang kahit anong condiments(toyo, kalamansi, suka, ketchup etc.), tubig or tissue. Need mo tlga manghingi dun sa counter. nag ask ako kung pwede mag pa add ng rice kc nakaligtaan ko(my fault), sabi ng staff balik daw sa counter. So, pila ulit ng matagal. Tapos pag dating sa harap, wala na daw rice, magsasaing pa lang. We ended up buying extra rice sa kabilang resto sa bandang unahan pa. Yung mga staff mejo hindi accomodating., cguro pagod na cla? Suggestion, always wear a happy face! Greet your customers. Be polite and be proactive. Importante ang customer experience.Hope you can improve your service.
