Tasty food, creative menu, sweet servers, nice vibe, there is no reason to say no to all these. I ordered the pork belly and the sauce was surprisingly good, sweetness and sourness took away the greasiness of the pork and the bacon in the sauce add some smokey layer to the meat. Part and Parcel is, without question, the best restaurant in Victoria and easily sits in the top 1% of all the restaurants I’ve dined at around the world. This cozy little spot shows real respect for its customers through its unwavering commitment to quality. The food is nothing short of extraordinary. While you might recognize some of the ingredients from local markets, only a true master chef can transform them into the deeply flavorful, perfectly balanced dishes that come out of their kitchen. Every bite is a revelation. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the warm and genuinely hospitable team. The hosts make you feel like valued guests in their home, turning a simple meal into a magical, memorable occasion. We left with huge smiles on our faces and full hearts. Thank you to the entire Part and Parcel team for creating such a wonderful day for me and my family. If you’re in Victoria, do yourself a favor and book a table. This is the kind of restaurant you’ll be telling your friends about for years. Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
