Im really dissapointed with their customer service. Before the coronavirus started to infect worldwide crazy ,my country closed its borders and i cant leave my country. I sent them a message 1,5 week before my hotel stay would start, for 2 months they been ignoring my messages , my emails, they cant give my 380 euro back or even offer me an another week stay later on. This is really unprofessional , and im really pissed. Thats a lot of money what i lost.
