All the visitors love the menu that offers gorgeous Turkish cuisine at this restaurant. Many guests come to taste good risotto and perfectly cooked salads. Parvus Kalamış is absolutely worth the detour if you are visiting Istanbul. It may be a bit farther out for tourists, but that is exactly what makes it so special, it offers a glimpse into a more authentic side of the city, far from the crowds. I went for lunch and ended up having the entire restaurant to myself, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. The service was outstanding, attentive without being intrusive. The server took the time to chat about life in Turkey, which added a lovely human touch, while also giving me space to fully enjoy each dish. The food was exceptional and clearly deserving of its Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition. The Jerusalem artichoke soup was absolutely delicious, and the sailor’s stew was a true standout. The only regret, I was too full to try dessert. A memorable, refined, and deeply authentic dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
