A very respectable, clean spot for a hearty Turkish meal. If I am in the area again, I will definitely lean into their true specialty and try the grilled livers and hearts. We ended up at Paşa Ciğer on a rainy evening, and overall, it was a solid dining experience. We paid 2800 TL for a large spread including meats, mezes, desserts, and drinks, which felt like a fair value for the volume and quality of the food. The Meats: The chicken skewers were amazingly tender and very well grilled, and the Urfa kebab was absolutely delicious. The lamb skewers were also very tasty, though the pieces were on the smaller side. The only downside was that the marinades on the chicken and lamb were a bit overpowering. Sides & Meze: The cold meze collection was nice, but we were hoping for more hot grilled vegetables and roasted peppers to accompany the meats. Dessert: The dessert was a major highlight. It was beautifully executed and had the perfect balance of flavor without being too sweet. Atmosphere & Service: The restaurant itself is very clean, well-lit, and has a great modern feel to it. The staff were polite, friendly, and provided plenty of tea and coffee. While they were very welcoming, the service felt a bit uncoordinated; despite it being a quiet evening with plenty of staff, a few items from our order slipped through the cracks and required a gentle reminder.
